THE 22 STEPS
- Throw your smartphone out the window.
- Breathe. Deeply. In. Then out. Slowly.
- Go splash some cold water on your face & the back of your neck.
- Eat a healthy lunch. Maybe with a smoothie.
- Remove a hammer from your toolbox.
- Smash your smartablet with hammer.
- Throw your smartablet out the window.
- Take a long walk around your neighborhood.
- Stop at the local coffeeshop and have a cappuccino.
- Return home and read a chapter from a book. Perhaps Gulliver’s Travels.
- Rip your smartlaptop in two.
- Throw your smartlaptop out the window.
- Cook a delicious dinner. Perchance ratatouille or meatloaf.
- Stretch. It’s important.
- Throw your smartv out the window.
- Take off all your clothes.
- You are now naked, both digitally & physically.
- Get into bed.
- Stare up at the ceiling.
- Close your eyes. Allow your mind to wander. Drift off…
- Wake up in the morning. Leap out of bed.
- Look around. It’s a new day. And a new you.
