What should be his POV? Should he be an anti-technologist? Sort of a unabomber type? Someone who actively lives off the grid? He mails in his notes and then nossing publishes them? He lives in a cabin out in the woods of Colorado?
Maybe he’s on the run? The law is after him?
Or he’s more of a guru of all things not tech. He’s a woodworker, a craftsman, a blacksmith, railroad man. He is an expert in everything non-digital.
Most of these magazines: Wired etc have a tech columnist. Someone who follows that beat. How can we do that differently?
